The staff are not a professional person also they are showing attitude in the behaviour as well there body language, they are not even provide any basic room needs on request also, like towel and bathing soap, wifi is not working next room people make noise during our stay room not clean and hygiene they charge also high in low quality of room is not fair. Me and my friend stay for my friend health emergency reasons only during that also it's not worth for that amount I hope it's not a safe place for family stay because next room people disturbing lot more noise

I wonder how they've been rated so high on TripAdvisor..the rooms were really small, no thing was provided in the room, although, staff was very polite but I'm very disappointed with the room..bathrooms were really dirty. Please DO NOT GO BY THE PICTURES THEY HAVE SHOWN.

i am from the UK I used to stay every year in this Hotel since last 4 to 5 years as this is situated in the heart of the city with easy access to beach, hotels, temple and all local amenities are available at a walkable distance . Moreover, the staff members are very friendly and trustworthy. In terms of comfort, there is a lift facility and all the rooms are found to be neat and beds are clean and toilet facilities are in hygienic condition with a reasonably affordable cost to your budget. By and large, it is ideal for family to stay in this hotel if anyone think of safety. The Manager, Mr. Senthil is very helpful and always love to help you without any hesitation to hire a bike and call for auto and arrange for food.

Very nice and pleasant stay staff is very good and courteous and the best part most of the things are on walking distance like city market, Ganesh temple, promenade beach, mahe beach, french quarter, aurobindo ashram etc ...
